Frequently Asked Questions

Within Australia we prefer to use Registered Post, this way you are guaranteed delivery as the package will need to be signed for upon delivery. We do however offer Express Post as an option if you are rushing off on holiday and need next day delivery or if you live in a remote area as sometimes Registered Post can take a little longer. We haven’t had many problems before with Express Post but as no signature is required we take no responsibility for lost goods. We only use Registered Post for international orders.

We endeavour to have your order out to you within 5-7 working days for Australian orders. Overseas orders can vary depending on the local postal system in that country but generally it will take up to 2 weeks.

Yes. You will receive an email from us notifying you when order has been dispatched, as well as a tracking number for your package. If you have further queries simply email sales@elianadesign.com.au

If your product is faulty we are happy to accept your returned goods for exchange or full refund on your credit card. Please return goods unworn, with swing tickets still attached and with your receipt.

At Eliana Design we take your privacy seriously. Our web site uses industry standard 128bit SSL encryption to accept secure credit card payments. 128bit SSL is regarded as bank grade encryption and is the highest level supported by a standard web browser. We will not disclose any of your personal data to other people/organizations.

As we stock such a selection of brands, sizing can vary from time to time. Once you have chosen your product we have an international size chart in the Customer Service Tab you can refer to. We recommend you check your sizing there. Especially if you are buying from overseas as international sizing comparisons are often different.
