If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will be happy to accept your returned goods for an exchange or full refund on your credit card if the product is faulty. Please refer to our size chart provided for all measurement and sizing to avoid returns. Please return goods unworn with swing tickets still attached. No returns will be accepted after 14 days from purchase for Australian orders and 30 days for International orders.

The customer is responsible for any postage fees for returns. Eliana Design will pay postage back to you.

Eliana Design has the right to assess the age and condition of returned merchandise prior to offering a repair or exchange. Unless the merchandise is deemed a genuine manufacturers fault exchanges and refunds may not be provided after prolonged use.

Eliana Design does not refund money if the swing tickets have been removed and a valid Eliana Design receipt isn't provided.
