At Eliana Design we take pride in the quality of product and service we provide. We will endeavor to have your product delivered to your door within 5-7 working days if the item is currently in stock, however if on the rare occasion the style needs to be ordered you will be notified by email with a new delivery time. Please allow longer for International Orders.

Eliana Design is unable to accept responsibility for deliveries where the parcel has not been signed for. We prefer using Registered Post for orders within Australia as delivery is guaranteed. We have however offered an Express Post service within Australia for those who live in remote areas or need guaranteed next day delivery. Please note, we do not accept responsibility for orders sent this way as no signature is provided.

We highly recommend using a business/work address as your delivery address as signatures may be required for delivery.
